Auburn’s Sontino Bravo first stepped up to the arm-wrestling table two years ago. He said his journey started when a an app called “Armbet” was created to get arm wrestlers to form teams and groups. Since then, Sontino has made a name for himself on the national and world stage. Two national titles and a gold medal on the left arm of the 57-kilogram weight class and a silver on the right in the World Championships.“I don’t look like the strongest and I don’t have the largest muscles and if anyone grips up with me, ‘OK he’s a lot stronger than he looks,’” Bravo said.
